Tonight I started teaching another snow skirt class.
I am not even sure how many times I have taught a group of women (and a few men) to make their own snow skirts. I know it is more than 15 times. I usually teach a group of about 8 people, but have taught groups of as large as 12. And as small as 2. Every class is different ~
different size group of sewers
different levels of sewing experience
different colors of ripstop nylon
different lengths of the snow skirts
different number of side zippers
different decorative trim or embroidery
But the end results are always the same ~ beautiful and creative snow skirts that will keep each person warmer on a cold or windy day. Most days the students leave with their snow skirts on. Unless they have made the snow skirt for a friend or daughter or mother. Either way ~ someone is warmer!
Still fighting cold temperatures and wind chills and snow? It’s not too late to make up a snow skirt . . . and be warmer too! Which style of Snow Skirt do you want to make? The original Snow Skirt or the It’s A Wrap?Stay warm, Debby
