Baby Play Mat minkee buttons

Close-up of Baby Play Mat

I have just added a new pattern to my site and am offering a free copy as part of the Sew, Mama, Sew giveaway.  The pattern is to make a Baby Play Mat which uses a colorful background fabric and several of those great Minkee fabrics!  The pattern also includes the directions to make a matching drawstring bag, in case you take the Baby Play Mat on a trip and want to keep it clean.

To enter the giveaway, enter a comment below telling who you would make a Baby Play Mat for?  I will choose a random winner and notify you by May 18.   Please be sure to include your email so I can contact you!  I will ship the pattern anywhere ~ free of charge!

The Baby Play Mat is so much fun to make – and you can make it any size by increasing the number of circles you create.  In fact you can make one for yourself!  I’ll be teaching this pattern at the Valdez Quilt Festival in September!

Stay warm,

Debby
